Fractalfest 2023 Food Vendor Application
Welcome to Fractalfest’s 10-year anniversary! Like an Italian family, we have taken pride in feeding our own festival. Over the past decade though, we have grown to the point where we must invite other chefs into the mix. Thus we are welcoming outside food vendors for the first time and looking for the right fit for our audience. Many lean in a healthy direction and enjoy quality food. There are many foodies in attendance who will spare no expense for quality and convenience, there are also many who will be purchasing on a budget. We suggest having a range of offerings to accommodate all.

Costs:
- 10’x10’ area $800 (includes 2 tix)
- 10’x20’ area $1,400 (includes 4 tix)
- We offer Tier 1 Ticket pricing for additional staff to accommodate staffing needs
What you can expect:
- Anywhere from 1,500-2,000 total people on site.
- Limited total # of Food Vendors on site to maximize the number of attendees per truck.
- Limited to one vendor per each type of food so as to not have competing providers of any one type of dish.
- A 24hr festival experience allows attendees to purchase food around the clock from festival start to finish.

What is provided by us:
- Placement in a fully activated area with chill stage, art gallery, goods vendors, performance space & beer garden.
- Two or four tickets to Fractalfest 2023 (additional staff have access to tier 1 ticketing)
- Shaded/rainproof space for attendees to sit and eat
- PoS internet connectivity [for a $25 fee]
What we need:
- Setup & ready to serve at gate open Thurs, August 24th @ 12:00pm
- Packed & off site by Monday, August 28th @ 12:00pm (event ends Aug 27, 8:00pm)
- Read and fully understand the Town of Russell bylaws on temporary food service.
- Food Vendors must be on-site for the duration of the event.
- Alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be sold or gifted. Any other scheduled substances are forbidden from sale/exchange.
- As a green conscious event, we require compostable/recyclable materials.
- Approved food vendors must be properly licensed, permitted & insured in the state of Massachusetts and the Town of Russell.
- Must pass a pre-festival food & safety inspection Town of Russell Health Department officials.
- 50 meal tickets for our distribution to artists and/or staff
- Sorted recycling, trash & compost
