Workshop Description

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, unstructured dance space. Led by carefully crafted music in a variety of tempos and genres with the intention of creating a healing musical journey through movement.

Enter a natural state of ecstasy and experience dance with no judgement and no limits. Allow your body to move freely without concerns for the "grace" or beauty of the dance, and get lost in a flow state space of no-mind.

At Ecstatic Dance, we refrain from talking on the dance floor, which allows us to leave behind the words and worries of the day in order to connect with one another, and with our spirit, in more physical ways. By engaging our senses and listening to our bodies, we connect to others and shape a consciousness that extends beyond our own.
