Danielle Weaver has always been a part of Fractal's Vibes Patrol, embodying in her actions the philosophy that safety is absolutely necessary for the health and wellbeing of the Fractal Community. Her resilient efforts to ensure the safety of this community and all those who participate in it, is unrivaled. Her time is dedicated to educating and training herself and Vibes volunteers, holding space for people in crisis, developing short term care plans for people in need, and following up with community members long term. Her work has also allowed Vibes Patrol to address the backlog of issues that have troubled this community in a fair and effective way where victims feel heard and autonomous and one that is distinguished by holding people accountable for their actions. Danielle's major accomplishment as a leader in Fractal is her success in changing Fractal's organizational strategy to address Vibes problems that occur at our events and in the larger community, a strategy that has been endorsed by the community and that has created a safe space for us all.
